What is Sound Bath Meditation?
A sound bath is a form of meditation that guides you into a deep state of relaxation using the sounds and vibrations with instruments such as Didgeridoo, Drums, Gongs, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls. The singing bowls & the gongs are tuned to the frequency of each of the 7 Chakras (energy centres) in our body. Our body is made up of about 75% water and water is an excellent conductor of sound. The resonance from the instruments helps balance, cleanse and clear your chakras as the frequency harmonises the energy through your body bringing you into a state of deep relaxation and vibrational harmony.
